After not wanting to workout the last two days, I was able to dig deep and do a wonderful P90X workout on Wednesday and then on Thursday followed it up with climbing the stairs at my office (I work on the 22nd floor) and followed it up with a 3 mile run last night.
How do you runners do it? I was SO BORED last night running on the treadmill. Just wanting to reach my 3 miles so I could be done. I know it is better if I was outside, but weather is not great so inside on the treadmill it is. I will say that I improved my running time by 2 and 1/2 minutes. This is great for someone who is learning to run so doing the run/walk thing. I actually would run an entire mile before I would walk for a quarter mile.
Well, snow is in our forecast so work MUST get done. Hopefully I will maintain my great workout routine. Happy Training.
