Well, after a weekend of six year old little girls running around our house and cupcakes and super bowl food, it was not a great weekend. Did not work out at all! YIKES. The scale told the story on Monday morning, but I will not let that get me down.
I am back into the grind. I started my Monday workout with P90X Legs and Back and OMG it hurts to sit on toilet, but it feels so good at the same time. Last nights workout was Kempo X which is one of my favorites. I will say I have been working out right when I get home from work and this has helped a lot; however, the downfall is the fact that my children have not had the best of meals. So maybe tonight I will actually feed them a good meal first and I will eat after my workout. Only time will tell.
We are doing the biggest loser in our office and although my team was not the biggest loser of the week, we did lose so that is always a good thing. If I keep up my current weight loss I will be ready for the boat and beach this summer and proud of it.
I am looking at purchasing a new bike this year. I currently have a hybrid bike and looking for a nice/used Road Bike. It is hard for me to spend that money right now because we are in the process of finishing our basement and would like to use that money else where, but if I am going to be serious about these centuries and mini tri’s I need a REAL bike and not a play one.
Tonight will be another P90X workout not sure which one, but there is one in my future! It will be a GREAT Week!
